Before you start,you need the below details to configur mail accounts<\/span>
\nYour domain name : yourdomainname.com<\/span>
\nYour domain email address : test@yourdomainname.com<\/a><\/span>
\nYour email ID passowrd.<\/span>
\n*Replace yourdomainname.com as your domain name and email address as your actual email address<\/span><\/p>\n

To configure an email account,open your thunderbird,Click email under create a new account<\/span><\/p>\n

Enter the information as in required field.<\/span><\/p>\n

Your name : Enter the name which you want to shown in incoming and outgoing mails<\/span>
\nEmail address : Enter your domain email address<\/span>
\nPassword : Enter your email address password<\/span>
\nMake sure the \u201cRemember Password\u201d is checked to avoid having to re-enter your password every-time.<\/span>
\nOnce you entered the necessary details,click continue to configure your mail accounts automatically.<\/span><\/p>\n

Choose POP3 in Incoming mail server<\/span>
\nIncoming mail server : mail.yourdomainname.com<\/span>
\nOutgoing mail server : mail.yourdomainname.com <\/span>
\nPOP3 port number : 110<\/span>
\nSMTP port number : 25<\/span>
\nSSL : choose none (We will discussed about SSL mail configuration settings in another blog)<\/span>
\nAuthentication : choose authentication as normal password<\/span><\/p>\n

Once entered the necessary details,click done<\/span><\/p>\n
