Steps to configure mail account on outlook 2013
                         Here,we are going to discussed about to configure mail accounts in outlook 2013
Requirements :
Before you start,you need the below details to configure mail accounts
Your domain name : domainname.com
Your domain email address : your@domainname.com
Your email ID password.
* Replace domainname.com as your domain name and email address as your actual email address
To configure an email account,open your outlook,Click Files >> Addon accounts
Choose email account and Enter your name,email address and your email address password and then click next to configure your mail accounts automatically.

Here we are discussed about to configure mail account manually

Choose Manual setup type or additional server types and click next


Here,you have to choose POP or IMAP and click next.

Enter your email account information here
Your Name : Enter the name as you want it to appear
Email Address : Enter your email address you want to configure
Account Type : Choose POP3 or IMAP as your wish
Incoming mail server : Enter mail.domainname.com as incoming mail server
Outgoing mail server : Enter mail.domainname.com as outgoing mail server
User Name : Enter your full email address
Password : Enter your email address password

Once you entered the necessary details,Click more settings

Click Outgoing server and check My outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication

Click Advanced option
Choose POP3 port number as 110 ,SMTP port number as 25 and then click next to finish the configuration settings
(In case,If you want to configure your mails with SSL configuration settings,Check your domain mail service installed with SSL and communicate your mail service provider to get the details of incoming and outgoing mail server and choose POP3 port number as 995 and SMTP port number as 465 )

You have successfully created email account on outlook

Now you can access your mail account via outlook.
